Timo Rothenpieler has created an improved CMake module for ODB. See his odb-users post for download links, instructions, etc.
Per Edin has created a CMake file for ODB and published an accompanying page that describes its usage (the link to the most recent CMake file is provided on that page).
Michal Snoch has posted his sample CMake file and instructions on the odb-users mailing list.
It would also be useful to have a more complete CMake support for ODB (different databases, profiles, etc). If you have created such a file or have something that goes in this direction, feel free to upload it to this Wiki or post it to the odb-users mailing list.
